Sherry Puricelli, MHA., M.Div., is a visionary Dream Coach and owner of AwakeNDream, a Connecticut organization dedicated to the nurturing of Body, Mind, and Spirit. All of her work is done with the intention of inviting health and wholeness through an empowering, collaborative approach using a variety of tools and modalities.

Through outreach and cooperation, Sherry envisions a wellness community where participants can sample workshops, classes, seminars, coaching, and retreats to create a customized Whole-Life program to fit their lifestyle.

Skillsets and Techniques:

Dreamwork: Sherry partners with individuals to assist them with dreams of all types: the dreams described as aspirations, passions, and life purpose; dreams they have at night, and waking dreams such as synchronicities, serendipities, and imagination. Sherry has discovered that when people are serious about pursuing their aspirations, passions, and life purpose dreams, they benefit greatly by paying attention to ALL types of dreams. They're all connected! She brings more than 20 years of dreamworking experience to the table. Stay tuned... Coaching: Sherry appreciates the partnering approach coaching provides. Individuals are encouraged, inspired, and empowered to create the life they've always dreamed of. Sherry envisioned and created The IDEAL™ Transformation Program, a comprehensive self-coaching program designed to identify and easily remove obstacles to success utilizing proven “right-brain” techniques. It was inspired through her personal journey and her desire to help clients live the lives they were born to live. Coaching is offered by phone, in person, or a combination of each.

Spiritual Practices: Sherry’s specialty is partnering with individuals to craft a customized spiritual or religious practice to fit their unique lifestyle, with a goal of creating inner peace and spiritual wellbeing. By combining inner exploration with the outer journey, Sherry will challenge participants to experience their authentic, soul-level, natural state of being.

Sherry's credentials include Master of Health Administration and Master of Divinity degrees. She’s a Graduate of Coach U, Reiki II Certified in the Usui System of Natural Healing, and she's excited to be a Member of the International Association for the Study of Dreams.
